Each day, hundreds of men who have run out of options turn to the Everett Gospel Mission for help. Whether they come for a meal, for shelter, or just for a shower and a change of clothing, each is welcomed and treated with dignity and respect. And every person who comes through our doors is offered help to address his physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
As the only shelter for homeless men in Snohomish County, we provide these services 365 days each year. On average, 145 men will stay with us each night, and many more will utilize our Day Center to gain access to other critical services.
And while we are dedicated to providing these outreach services, our true goal is to change lives and provide a gateway to a stable future. It is often through our three daily meals or our outreach program that men decide to join our long-term residential programs.
Everett Gospel Mission’s residential programs include addiction recovery, individual case management, education and work therapy all within a faith-based environment. Our approach offers long-term, practical solutions to the many issues relating to homelessness, and we strive to help each individual develop pathways that restore the hope and promise of living the life God has designed for them.
