Everett Gospel Mission first opened its doors in 1961 to care for the rising number of homeless people in Everett. Today, the Mission is the largest homeless services center in Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties.
In addition to our comprehensive life recovery programs, Everett Gospel Mission provides meals and shelter for 174 men, and 75 women and children.
We provide all services without regard to age, gender, race or religion while sharing the love of Christ to those who wish to hear.
Everett Gospel Mission is a member in good standing of the Association of Rescue Missions, and is managed by a professional Board of Directors as well as our CEO, Sylvia Anderson. We are audited on an annual basis by an independent accounting firm.
As a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, over 90% of our funding is provided by private gifts from individuals, businesses, churches and foundations.
